When you submit the access request form on this website, we collect the following personal data:

• Full name
• Company name
• Business email address
• Your role or title

We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or any third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are served directly from our own servers.

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We collect this data for the purpose of evaluating access requests to Greygrid's services. Our legal basis under GDPR is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) — specifically, our interest in assessing whether a prospective client is a suitable fit for our services before entering into a business relationship.

If you become a client, we may also process your data on the basis of contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)).

4. How we store and protect your data

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc. (our hosting provider), whose infrastructure is located in the United States. Netlify complies with applicable data protection regulations. You can read Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.

We access your submitted data via Netlify's secure dashboard. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties unless required by law.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain submitted access request data for a maximum of 24 months, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. If we enter into a business relationship, we will retain relevant contact data for the duration of that relationship and for up to 5 years thereafter, in accordance with applicable business record-keeping requirements.
